It all started when Audi Paul was born in 1981. Although he didn’t know it, he would learn to talk in the third person and develop a love of electronic music. This culminated in him having a thirst for new sounds and paying heaps of cash to play these sounds on a car stereo.
Whilst in debt from the monthly payments, his sound progressed and his taste was not quite satisfied from visiting the local music establishments and the occasional rave. He wanted more. And more he got.
Thus began the era of trial & error in the promotions business, bringing in such acts as: Kenneth Thomas, Darude, Shawn Mitiska, Noel Sanger, Cosmic Gate, Marco V, Marcel Woods and many more…
Currently he joined the a new residency at Element Productions in Edmonton with fellow mates,and is one of six co-hosts alongside Electrobios (Argentina), Ilya Malyuev (Russia), Sonic Union (Sweden/USA), Adam Nics (Canada) and Shiha (Egypt) for the newest Progressive radio show "Progressiva Nueva" on www.di.fm (Progressive Channel)...1 year and running, now syndicated as well.
Taking his passion for music and the newest sounds Audi Paul and good Toronto friend Adam Nics have created Nueva Digital launching this fall of 2009 including some huge signings already...Stay tuned!
His favourite drink of choice is none other then the raging bull. “Redbull saved my life!” Quote un-quote Audi Paul.
Is producing next on the horizon? Well since he hates getting up early in the morning it’s more likely production is to be in mid to late afternoon. Keep your ears and eyes peeled for this bloke from Canada, eh.
