Deacon Cross is a dj/producer from Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He started his dj career in the basement of the largest club in Rotterdam, the 'Hollywood Music Hall', and had a 7 year residence there. After that he started working in the studio of a record company he also formed the couple 'S&L' with a female dj. In addition to a number of remixes, they were also responsible for the cd 'Forbidden Paradise' which they mixed. A big dj career was waiting for them, but it was not to be. The record industry collapsed and the cd era began. In the end, S&L also broke up and continued solo. Cross kept on spinning but found it difficult to get into the dj styles and the way of spinning and eventually stopped.
Now, 10 years later, in a new era, Deacon Cross is back, just like the music he always loved. He has built a studio and is producing and playing again. In a new era with the same old love for music. We will see what the future holds for him!
