They are a colourful flowering native plant, the flowers do produce nectar which attracts honey eating birds as well as butterflies to the garden. I’ve cut back most of the leaves.

Most are in forestry tubes at $5.00ea, with a limited range in larger pots. An ideal coastal or feature plant for dryer areas. Yes I think Eremophila Nivea grafted form would be fine in Bathurst, as long as humidity is low and the frosts aren’t too severe it should thrive there. How do I revitalise this plant??? Perhaps try backing off with the watering and giving it a little potash. Hope this info helps. Eremophila nivea is from Western Australia and therefore dislikes the weather and soil on the east coast and needs to be grafted if it is to survive here. This has to be one of the most tactile of native plants, rivalled closely by Adenanthos sericeus, with its silver white foliage and hundreds of purple flowers it is a coveted specimen for many gardeners. whereabouts in Australia are you located? Sold Out.
Eremophila maculata ‘Winter Gold’ TUBESTOCK. (Food items cannot be shipped overseas). Is this from the graft plant maybe? Pottery may be available for pick up from Carabooda or Forrestdale, but stock is not transferrable.
Eremophila Spring Mist will grow to a height and width of 2 metres.
This is done for two reasons, the first is to thicken it up and encourage flowers the second is to strengthen the plant.
It is rare and found only in the single, type population along one kilometer of road near Three Springs in southwestern Australia, growing under scattered eucalyptus on clay loam soil. If you haven’t done it for a while I would suggest taking about 20% off all over and giving it some native slow release fertiliser.

Eremophila nivea was first described only in 1986 by RJ Chinnock of the State Herbarium of South Australia; Chinnock is in the process of revising the entire genus. I live in Brisbane, and have planted it in a high well-draining pot in full sun. Anything I can do? Eremophila nivea Grafted can also be grown very successfully in pots if you don’t have a free daring soil or raised bed. What is the life span of this plant? I planted this specimen 2 and 1/2 years ago and it has never looked so amazing!
