Michael goes over to Fritz to get the last piece of info he needs. He is part of Hitler's Youth and the reader will gauge a glimpse of how the young men act and what they truly believe in. But that is not for them to decide. Wow, insanely fun to see how Micheal will get the prints. I was very surprised by this book, I expected a different story, but I am happy with what I read. Not credible at all, at least for an adult reader. When I first opened it, the book cut straight to the action, while still giving background to the story. LEGAL. Bullies and terribly raised kids forced to fight on front lines. I'm excited to read all of his other books though. Projekt 1065 A Novel of World War II. It asleep really shows what the Hitler Youth was like. This book is amazing I love the story and the characters. When I got to the end I thought I had the whole book figured out. Is this book good, because I read Prisoner B-3087 and liked it? But then everything just flipped on its head and I had to sit for 10 minutes to process what happened. It is told through a young boy's (13 y/o) perspective who has a photogenic memory and has to make decisions that are way beyond his age and experience.

To get close to the boy and the blueprints Michael has to go deeper and deeper into the madness of the Hitler Youth, and to do that, he may just have to sacrifice everything—and everyone—he loves. Great book. Horrible things did happen, but it wasn't presented in a 'shock & awe' format. His mother is home and kind of becomes suspicious, but lets him go, he goes to his office and all of the papers were in a folder. If I could give this zero or negative stars, I would. Michael's parents, who are also spies, are living in Berlin, and becoming friendly with Nazi leaders so that they can send information about them, and the Nazi plans back to the Allies, who they work for. Awesome book with looks of action, making it feel more modern/recent than historical fiction.
This novel was really cool just because it takes place in world war II but with a kid going undercover to find Nazi plans. He must prove his loyalty to the Hitler Youth at all costs, even if it means risking his life and that of his family.
