Let me see. I am using an iphone and unable to reset my passcode, Powered by Discourse, best viewed with JavaScript enabled. Not necessarily, but having the old phone inline you’ll get push notification about logging in from another phone. It’s still unacceptable that a company providing banking services only has a customer support line via a buggy app. I blame whoever came up with this absurd company policy. @AndreiM thank you for letting me know. The problem wasn’t remembering the passcode… The problem most likely came from a communication error between the app and their servers because when I tried today using my same passcode that wasn’t working few days ago, it worked again. When I switched to my new phone, I just installed the Revolut-App, logged in (you’ll need the password/pin you’ve made when creating it), and all went automatically from there… Went very smooth tbh…, (unfortunatly I just topped-up with the Banktransfers, so I can’t say anything aout the saved cards), Keep the old phone around, in the worst case you just need to switch the Sim-Card….
Also, do I have to re-add my top-up cards on new phone or they will automatically will be there? The passcode that I thought I used does not work and I go via “Forgot?” and enter my full phone number, “Reset Passcode” stops being greyed out and I can press it.

Installed app, tried phone number got to pin screen not recognising pin, hit forgot entered number then saying number not registered. (maybe there is some sort of push notification I need to enter from old phone to new one?) I will send you a direct message so we can take a closer look into this. I have the same phone number. However, If you frequently take pictures of payments those will be stored on the device. (maybe there is some sort of push notification I need to enter from old phone to new one?).
hmmm, I have third phone and my cards (both: Revolut and cards to topup) are still in the app…. and each time this action “closses” my chat and I have to restart everything from the beginning to tell the same story to another operator… Tried reinstalling the app but it does not help. I know how I transferred in before being locked and card still works. How do I bind my Revolut account to a new phone ? I will soon move to new android phone most likely (keeping same phone number), so question is should I just install revolut app on new phone and everything will work? I think a company that has this many clients cannot afford their customer service to be unreachable for days, so please @AndreasK provide us some useable information about this problem because people are waiting for THEIR money to be reachable again. To be honest, I cannot remember if I added the cards after switching phones or when I installed the app on my secondary/travel phone. New phone same number & app won’t accept passcode. The reset function should work anyway of course…, Still the same issue, apparently they cannot create a simple password forget feature.

It seems to be working now, but there’s still no option to pick whether you do the reset via e-mail, security questions or the stupid selfie, and if you get one of the security questions wrong (usually the second is the value of the last topup) you have to wait another 24 hours. In the app I had 3 different outcomes - 1 existing customer = set up a new account because yours is empty!
