Apparently the "courses" are not courses at all, you start by taking a "quiz" in a subject you know nothing about, and then, when you miss a question (which obviously your child will b/c no one wakes up knowing trig and calculus) YOU have to reverse engineer the answer they provide. I despised math in in junior high and regular high school. Please beware that company policy is only benefiting the company and not a consumer. I unfortunately had to unsubscribe, and when there was a bit of a problem customer service was prompt and courteous in resolving it. I missed it by a few hours. I’m a self-taught software engineer and I’m looking learn more computer science stuff, which means I had to relearn all of my high school and pre-university math. You think more logically and clearly, you learn faster, problem-solving becomes a joyful task and you are furthermore to learn more and to expand on your mind. Customer service team was prompt to help me with my subscription when I had to cancel it, and even went against policy to offer a refund. Even better customer service. I even wrote to customer service thinking surely I just have missed the actual instruction, and they said "nope, we believe people learn by doing" and I said "ummm....yeah, after being taught HOW to do something."
