At the forefront of the London underground scene since the late 90’s, Andy has been pushing is own sound of soaring melodies, monsterous basslines, emotional hands in the air moments mixed with floor shaking percussions. His sound fuses the best of tech house, progressive & techno whilst always focusing on what moves the dancefloor
Andy has pushed his sound across the South Coast in the 90’s & then relocated to London at the turn of the century. He then founded the infamous Audio Deluxe parties that brought in headline guests from around the world including Kazell, James Holden, Shiloh, Matthew Dekay & many more. In 2006 he joined forces with Sarah Rodin & Warren Mooney to create Londons premier underground ‘progressive night ‘ Twisted Audio.
This was launched at the legendary & much missed Turnmills. The brand has grown with sell out parties on boats, Church crypts & secret venues in Shoreditch featuring Nick Warren, Luke Fair, Hybrid & Jim Rivers. The night has also hosted rooms in clubs like Matter, Ministry of Sound & is consistently supporting John Digweed’s Bedrock night by providing support in the back rooms & at festivals. It has had guests djs begging to return & Luke Fair stating the Thames Boat party as his favourite party of 2009.
Andy has pushed his sound across the world whilst playing at some of the biggest clubs, Avalon & Monday Social in LA with Hybrid, Phil K, 1015 & Qool in San Francisco, Karu & Y alongside Anthony Pappa for his Moments CD launch at WMC in 2008. He has also headlined across parties in New York, Las Vegas, Boston, Mexico, Poland, Greece, Tunisia, Hungary, Romania.
The diversity & depth of his talents mean’s he is at home warming up or closing a room out, This has led to him being asked to warm up the box for Sander Kleinenberg in the Ministry of Sound, Support John Digweed in Thailand & make his festival debut in the Bedrock tent playing alongside Sasha & Digweed in 2009
Andy’s early studio work has been featured on Kiss 100, Supported by a host of DJ’s across the board & continues to become more prolific. In early 2009 he formed a strong partnership with Osictone that has lead to releases on Baroque, Avangardia, Jetlag, Segment & Bellarine records. They have found the way in to a wide cross section of premier DJ’s record bags & radio shows.
