Jon Sinclair stands at the cutting edge of dance music as founder and label boss of London-based house music label Standby Records and one half of production and DJ duo Slytek.
Having produced mixes and presented radio shows for dance music's legendary Ministry Of Sound Radio for several years, Jon also writes for the international dance music press including one of the leading UK music publications M8 Magazine.
As a DJ he has played to the finest clubs around the UK including the likes of Renaissance, Ministry of Sound, Fabric, Pacha, God's Kitchen and Euphoria, as well as internationally including residencies on the hedonistic island of Ibiza, and more recently on the Spanish mainland with his residency at the stunning beach club Puro Beach (www.purobeach.com) near Marbella.
Mixing in the right circles? Absolutely!...since 1998 Jon has DJ’d alongside and hosted radio shows with an enviable list of the world's top DJ's of all genres including Sasha, James Zabiela, Deep Dish, Knee Deep, Nick Fanciulli, Ian Pooley, Hernan Cattaneo, David Guetta, Timo Maas, and many more.
Standby Records has aided the discovery of some of the hottest new production talent around Europe and today is supported by DJ’s all around the world. As a producer Jon forms one half of the Slytek production duo, all of which are available to download online alongside the rest of the Standby Records catalogue at Beatport and Itunes.
