Born into a family of musicians and orchestral conductors, Marc Denuit began playing in jazz and New Orleans orchestras at the age of 15. At the same time, he started working on the radio in 1981, influenced by New Wave, with the start of electronic machines and New Beat (a major phenomenon in Belgium). In 1985 he was spotted by a club owner and began his career as a DJ. Years of residencies and guests all over Belgium gave him the opportunity to mix with some of the greatest Belgian and foreign DJs. Influenced by progressive music since 1991, Phi Phi (Extreme/At the Villa) opened the doors to the legendary Club Mackenzie (Belgium) with Patrick Fasseau, where he was resident for 12 years on Fridays and Saturdays! At the same time, he played as a guest in some of the UK's biggest clubs: At The Villa, The Fuse, La Bush, Palladium, Escape, Pulse Factory .... Then, in 2000, the "Progressive" movement evolved even further with the sounds of Nick Warren, Sasha, John Digweed, Luke Brancaccio... After all these years of mixing, Marc Denuit started producing as a Duo in the group Innerphonic with Mad Gregor. Concludes in 2018 a year full of successes on the Caravelle label with the releases "Orient Doors", "Shade Stereo", "Aurora Fragments", "Garden Rivage". Also responsible for Xbeat radio, he has collaborated extensively on the progressive house scene with names such as Emi Galvan, Luciano Scheffer, Roger Martinez, Madloch, Navar, GMJ, Matter, Alex Efe, Rick Pier O'niel,... Constantly evolving and searching for new sounds, the Innerphonic duo created their own label "Faraway Scope" and have since signed to 3rd Avenue, Massive Harmony Records, SLC-6 Music, BC2, AH Digital, Superordinate Music, Bonzai Progressive, ... Since September 2022, Marc Denuit has been producing on his own, with forthcoming releases. Innerphonic continues of course. More on Beatport !
