Hat 2 "Promoter": host - since 2007 - of the Ulterior, House Arrest and Embrace nights under the banner of Ritual Events showcasing Hernan Cattaneo, Anthony Pappa, Charlie May, Jim Rivers, Reset Robot, Henry Saiz, Hybrid, Kosmas Epsilon, Marc Marzenit, Slam, Fergie, Danny Bonnici, Nathan Fake, Chris Fortier, Lee Burridge, Simon Baker, Vince Watson, Sean Quinn, Ricky Ryan, Mind Electric, Chymera, and Sean Quinn.
Hat 3 "Producer": firmly rooted in underground prog-tech/tech-house, Rich's first EPs were released on Replug, Indigo Records and Elektrax Progressive in late 2010 with 2011 release schedule already jam packed out to March and beyond.
